Animals are more sacred than human life? You have no issue with the Road to Hell sequence featuring actual human executions? But the animals are sacred?

Is a human tied to an execution post any more sacred than a defenceless animal?

The Road to Hell in CH disturbed more than anything else. It wa real. Real people dying. Yet a turtle's death is considered more outrageous? I'm truly baffled.

I wouldn't buy a cut version of Ferox, it's fully uncut or nothing for me I'm afraid. All I have at the moment is Grindhouse Releasing's non-anamorphic DVD release.

I'm generally always of the same opinion unless a generous selection of U.K. exclusive extras sways me otherwise.

This is the sole reason i own the Shameless releases of THOTEOTP, TNYR and CH on their respective formats.

All life is equal in my eyes. Wethervit be Human, Turtle, Cow, or Fly we are all part of this great cycle of life that has spanned this planet for 6 Billion years.
I hate animal cruelty in films, hell I'm apostles at it, but it is some what ironic that I am a fan of both CF and CH. God, even my favorite film of all time, Apocalypse Now, featured one count of animal cruelty. I can do little about this, that is why I am not fussed wether these two movies get by the Nuba cut or uncut.
This may seem hypocritical but to me it makes sense, as people have dead before, animal cruelty in cinema was considered the norm at the time and that culture is very much over now.
Also what is this Road to Helll you speek of?

Not me. I got the uncut Shock DVD copy with all the animal and (Fake) human violence intact along with an uncut copy from the same label Last Cannibal World. I' am personally happy without it, plus would it be passed virtually uncut with the BBFC?

The Road To Hell is the footage the projectionist shows Monroe, which is a previous film supposedly shot by the missing film crew. The footage shows firing squad executions, with some added fake footage in there too. But for the most part it's real. In the film, however, the projectionist turns to Monroe and claims it's fake. This is just Deodato muddying the waters and confusing the viwer - what's real and what isn't? It's a mind**** and that's how Deodato intends it.

Oh I remember now! Strangely that never shocked me. I had always assumed it was fake.

I'm not a big fan of this movie but still i can find it watchable when i'm drunk. And yes, if a uncut BD was released i would probably buy it.
