Well, I know my way better around physical media, so I hope Roughale or Playzocker will read this and clarify the isuue, but my strong guess would be that you can only get "FSK approved" versions for PS3 since the German "Index" wouldn't allow for any offer or listing being publicly available to read unless there was a restricted "adult's only" section.
And in the case of "Hostel Part 2", they could only have the "cut-by-3-mins" "FSK approved" version at offer as it would be illegal to sell the longer, banned cut, even to adults, in Germany.
"Hostel 2" is a particularly interesting case, as even "amazon.co.uk" reacted to the German banning, blocking orders from Germany for the DVD.
They seem to do this in some instances, but not with all titles banned in Germany.
