For those without multi-regional DVD players: assuming you have a DVD writer in your computer it is very easy to make a region 0 copy of any disc which can then be played in any player
Get your non-region 2 disc, copy the disc image using DVD Decrypter (checking the option to remove region coding), (if necessary) shrink it to standard DVD size using DVD Shrink (checking the region all option), then burn the .iso image with DVD Decrypter to DVD-R
