'The Other Hell' is indeed a bit loopy but that's surely what's endearing about our Mr.Mattei isn't it. : ) Violence aside, it still has some effective creepy scenes and atmosphere I reckon. I wonder if it would pass uncut these days actually, I can't see the BBFC objecting but the last 18 cert release in the UK on Redemption (on VHS) in 95 suffered some cuts.
