Blood and Black Lace, The Evil of Frankenstein, The Gorgon, The Last Man on Earth, The Masque of the Red Death, The Tomb of Ligeia, Two Thousand Maniacs - 1964 was a good year.

My personal favourite would be Black Torment, though. A moody little gem.
