I watched my Network BD of it last week in my horror marathon and while the print damage is quite excessive and the sound hisses and pops like crazy I think that adds to the grindhouse aspect of the movie, not like these faked grindhouse prints but like this was a genuine touring print that was used to make the disc, I liked it

I'll probably buy this apparent Scorsese restoration though if it comes out!

I was Assistant Director on a stage adaptation of NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD last October, for a local theater company. Had a blast, such an honor!

No, but my 16-year-old son did. Of course, he loved that.

Thought you guys might like to see our "Johnny" and "Barbara" (we filmed the cemetery scenes, and projected them over the stage before Barbara runs into the house). What a great time.

Thanks so much! Once we got those glasses on "Johnny", I thought he looked like he'd just stepped out of Romero's original movie!

Strange that there is not a specific thread for all things George Romero!

In view of that, I have put this here:

George A. Romero Will Be Getting a Star on the Walk of Fame! - Bloody Disgusting!
