I was reading a post on the criterion forums earlier, apparently a poster has emailed canal plus and they've confirmed a release for later on this year to coincide with the 40 th anniversary, though they're unable to confirm any other details at this time.

I know it's not exactly confirmation so do with this info what you will but it does seem highly plausible to me.

Mr Smith at that site does seem to have a plug in to that retailer. Let's just say that I am optimistic on this one. Naturally a pre-order would be the icing on the cake though....
