After a recommendation from a friend, I checked this out and ended up liking it a lot. I will be purchasing this in the near future for sure.

I enjoyed NIGHT OF THE HUNTED, so will give this film a watch, when I get a chance.
Would like to hear a bit more about this film, sounds interesting...

Rollin's best IMO.
NOTH was good,a bit Shivers-esque if you ask me.....but if you like zombies,Brigitte Lahaie, gore and nudity, then Grapes is a must!

I understand what your saying with the SHIVERS comparison for sure. Noticed that myself too. The sex scene in NOTH was a bit full on, weren't it? Had to stand near the electric fan for five minutes after that, and cool off a bit...
I thought the films pay-off was very interesting. Well, the explanation in the film, for all the strange happenings in it. Cool.

The Dutch edition contains deleted hardcore scenes.

I haven't watched Grapes Of Death for a while, but it is an excellent flick. The Living Dead Girl would be another good 'un to watch if you like Grapes...

Rollin's films can be a bit of a love or hate affair, but personally I love 'em! Too many to mention as favourites, but certainly Night Of The Hunted is up there with the best.

I have to be in the right mood to watch some of his other weirder vampire epics....

Fascination is my fave. Not really keen on Rollin though, a lot of his films tend to put me asleep.

I know what you mean. I, like others, think that Grapes is his best work by some distance. I love it. This and the living dead girl are the probably the only two I would watch more than once.
