They had built this year's Wicker Man statue back in October at Dundrennan....it looks phenomenal!

The church in the foreground was used for Howie's scenes of communion and reading from the bible.(Kirkudbright)

It must be great visiting the sight where one of your favourite movies was shot.
luckely I live not afr from where Living dead of the Manchester Morgue was shot. Keep meaning to give it a visit.

Yeah,it'd be great to see some pics!

It's amazing that so many different locations were used on The Wicker Man and that it all took place on one island is so believable.

What a great thread, I love The Wicker Man so much. It was great to see the photos of the locations, I have to go one day.
I've got a couple of signatures, DVDs, OSTs, T shirts etc, but I'd love to get hold back issues of Nuada magazine, which I believe thay've stopped doing now.
