I much prefer The Wicker Man to The Exorcist, however Don't Look Now is certainly up there with The Wicker Man where favourites of this year are concerned.

Don't Look Now is by far the best British film of the year, and topped my list of the greatest British films, with Dr Strangelove in second place.

And there isn't a jar of foreskins in sight anywhere in those other films.

The Wicker Man is also quite possibly my favourite British film... closely followed by Peeping Tom. Both Don't Look Now and Dr. Strangelove would no doubt be in the top 10 too though.

Good choices Nos.

I would definitely have Went the Day Well in my list as an example of a film you haven't chosen.

It's an excellent film, but you can only have 10 movies in a top 10!

Great choices indeed. It must have been difficult to narrow the list down to just ten. All your choices whilst they may not have appeared on my own personal list are fantastic all the same, although I personally prefer 'Life of Brian' where the Python films are concerned.
