On subsequent viewings and especially if they were digital mate,it would grow on you.I remember when I was young, dumb and full of come and never had the sense I have now.Now that we're older, films I once thought were crap, surprise me on subsequent viewings....

I can't work out from that site whether or not Stephane Piter actually has a copy of the full length edit, or if it's just wishful thinking on this behalf.

Certainly it sounded like he was going to screen a director's cut in London.

He said he had Paramount UK's full support... so it could be Michael Mann that's putting the blockers on everything.

If it is,then he's sod all to be embarrased about. I wonder if he knows how much of a cult following this film has?

Gotta admit that I should have LOVED this film.

However I was severely disappointed. Gotta say that the music video visuals and incomprehensible plot DO NOT help.

F Paul Wilson's book is a lot of fun!

If there is a full filmed version of the script, I'd give it another go.

How long is The KEEP and how long is the full version.?

Why was the full version never released, was it due to censorship ?, overlong talky bits, ? or 'other' reasons.?
