Haven't seen HBM, but I've enjoyed all of the Pete Walker films I've seen, except for Die Screaming Marianne, which is a dud - apart from the opening credits

Loved Sheila Keith's performances in his films, too. Superb.

By the way, Mark, very nice to see you here
You too,The Worldwidedvdforums seem to be OK at the moment BTW.I think you will definitely think Schizo was not worth the wait.Having seen the censored UK Warner release years ago, the uncut version is no improvement.

Having seen both cut and uncut versions I feel there is an improvement as I regard Schizo has a much better film than most have been released from the 70's and would go as far as saying I could watch this more times than a certain film called TCM but as they say that is another topic.

In the US, I believe HOUSE OF THE LONG SHADOWS is owned by MGM (and whoever they belong to now) along with several other Cannon productions. Who distributed it in the UK?

I love this film. Vincent Price, Christopher Lee, Peter Cushing, John Carradine and Sheila Keith all on form and in the same film - dream stuff! It's so entertaining too though I have mixed feelings about the ending. I knew there had to be a twist because it didn't really make sense but at the same time it loses some of its impact. Way different from Walker's other films.

I love the line "Poor Victoria, he must have heard her singing!"

This makes us laugh all the time,

I've just been looking into this movie and apparently its in the "Public Domain"
