okay, i asked one of the stars of the film about real footage and this is what she said

everything in CANNIBAL is a reanactmet ... there is no real footage in the movie..

I thought that was the case.
Its cool tho

I seen bits of the movie really and didnt find it that bad tbh, over on IMDB people were more disturbed by the gay sex then the gore.
