I ordered mine from Diabolik on 4/7 and I think they said it will be released on 20/7?

There seems little point in having two threads about the same release, so they've been merged.

Never seen this. Looks like a decent release, so I think I'm gonna give it a go.

Planet Axel seem to be the best price.

I'm just signing up, as I'm not a member there.

Just in the process of ordering and I see a section for "Referred by". Who wants the referral bonus (2,500 axel reward points)?

First person to PM me with their axel email address gets it, unless I've arsed up the registration. I've already registered and just putting in my first order.

On yer marks....

Edit : Points go to bdc.

Enjoy

I watched it last night (well more like this morning) and thoroughly enjoyed it! The visual "scratches" and background buzz on the audio track did not take away from the experience at all. In fact it helped to make this a true grindhouse experience

I think you've seen it before bdc?

Edit: If you are like me and you usually like to know as little about a movie as possible before you watch it, I recommend you watch the movie on disc 2 or try not to look at the main menu screen of disc 1(close your eyes and press enter/play lol).

Also watched my "Code Red" DVD of "Nightmare" and I stand by my earlier verdict: The bits of extra gore compared to the UK release aren't THAT much to write home about, the overall presentation and quality of the CR release is though, with an informative audio commentary and interviews.
I find it hard to spot the difference in pq between the version on disc 1 and the other on the 2nd disc, but both are obviously doing the movie a far better service than any previous (dubious) release on the market.

I watched this on Saturday night and had forgotten what a depressing bastard it is!

Was good to see the censored gore the way it was intended though!

I liked Code Red's blog on the back cover!
