You could release it now with a big ol' sticker saying WRITTEN BY THE DIRECTOR OF TWILIGHT: BREAKING DAWN . . .
I'd rather watch BIGFATSHITE:BREAKING WIND!

If that isn't an official release, or any others you own that aren't, can you (and everyone else for that matter) refrain from talking about such things please. Cult Labs represents dvd companies who release legitimate dvd/blu-rays, and as such, the site can't be seen to endorse pirate releases etc. Cheers.

Well hanging scenes do sometimes get cut eg Ren and Stimpy and Paranoia Agent.

In regards to the vertical wrist slashing - the BBFC did pass this intact in the cinema version of Rules of Attraction but they were then strongly adviced by various Physicians to cut the scene for video. The BBFC then took advice from a specialist in suicide prevention but the advice was the same - the scene had to go. Problem was that very few people would know that this technique would be more likely to result in death then the more common method. People who are into self harming but not necessarily suicide are unlikely to know this. And so this technique has been cut from several other films including Strange Behaviour.

Now as to whether the BBFC would still require this technique to be cut remains to be seen. But vertical wrist slashing has appeared in a number of recent films eg Martyr's, so it would appear that the ban has been lifted.
