Im finally going to take the plunge and buy the Blu Ray set in the next week or so. Its not cheap but for me personally its worth every cent its only Jason X im not too keen on. Who else got the set and how do all the films shape up PQ and with extras.

Not really a fan of the series but I do really like Jason Lives. Gorgeous goofy comic-horror fun. Saw it not long since and laughed my ass off at it. Great fun.

It's really been a terrible couple of years for actors i like. She frightened the living crap out of me as a kid. RIP Betsy.

My favourite Friday flicks are:
Friday the 13th (1980)
Friday the 13th Part 2
Friday the 13th: The Final Chapter
Jason Lives: Friday the 13th Part VI

RIP Betsy

The first one is easily my favourite and, in my opinion, the best. Betsy Palmer was terrific in it, walking the tightrope between grieving mother and psychotic killer perfectly. She's someone I would really have like to have met and spoken to about her likely iconic status and fan following.

I enjoy most of them.
I recently rewatched Part V on Blu recently, and enjoyed it a lot more than when I last watched it on dvd.

Maybe I'm losing my marbles the older I get!
