Not seen many from this year, but I liked Kolobos a lot and thought The Ninth Gate both entertaining and under-rated.

But I'd have to go for Audition. It's just so beautifully made.

Audition is a stunning film, but I also really enjoyed The Blair Witch Project! Arguably, it didn't live to it's MASSIVE hype, but I was only 16 when it came out, and I was less cynical than you lot! haha

I completely forgot about The Blair Witch Project so, much as I like Takashi Miike's shocker, I'm changing my vote.

The Blair Witch Project

No love for Sleepy Hollow? One of the finest films I've ever seen!

Audition

So hard to pick between this and Ring 2. Audition is another horror film that has many emotions running through it. Love Loneliness Obsession Laughter and Depravity.
