I also asked, that if the front of Sorority Babes used the original art on the front (just with a different font and title placement), would the reverse use the original version. And it will indeed.

These won't be released. It's not a new trailer for the films coming out. From Beyond and Re-Animator are there just to show films that Charles Band has been involved in.
