Some critics have called Birdemic: Shock and Terror the worst film ever made but it is rapidly becoming a hot ticket in America.

It is the story of an invasion of lethal eagles, being celebrated for its awfulness.

Producers have spent more marketing the film than making it, as Talking Movies' Tom Brook reports from New York.

2/10 on IMDb, special effects to rival the dreadful Mega Shark Vs. Giant Octopus, and a Hitchcock inspired director out to make a fast buck!

A platoon of eagles and vultures attack the residents of a small town. Many people died. It's not known what caused the flying menace to attack. Two people managed to fight back, but will they survive Birdemic?!

Looking at those clips on the BBC,Mega Shark Vs Giant Octopuss has oscar worthy special effects compared to Birdemic.
