I put the Texas Chainsaw Massacre in my big list, because I quite enjoyed it (and I'm a huge fan of the original, so I didn't think I would!) but I completely forgot about A Tale of Two Sisters. A truly stunning bit of Korean cinema. Let's not talk about the remake though

Underworld - worth it just to see Kate Beckinsale looking as hot as ever. The werewolves were pretty cool in this one too.

Freddy vs Jason. Wrong Turn and the TCM remake were good, but if anything, the last half of Freddy vs Jason wins it for me.

Really?

You either haven't seen many or just watch multiplex outings.

Read through the What Films Have You Seen? thread. There are loads of recommendations from all years there.
