It's class - pure class

Didn't you spit out your coffee when you were confronted with the homo-erotic/homo-phobic jokes?

Genius comic film-making I tells ya!

What you talking about? Scarlet Johanson prancing around in what looks like a clingfilm costume? It looks bloody brilliant!!!

'White Men Can't Jump' Remake In Works From 'Black-ish' Creator (Exclusive) | Hollywood Reporter

This could work, but then I don't have a great love for the original.

Just told my other half, because White Men Can't Jump is one of her favourite films, she's not happy

I don't dislike it or like it; I have no feelings either way.

If it is made as a sports movie with professional athletes (as it seems to me) it could be really exciting, perhaps a little like William Friedkin's Blue Chips or Oliver Stone's Any Given Sunday.

On the other hand, if they are going to make a drama with athletes who can't act, that would probably end badly.

One if the most pointless remakes ever.

Yep.

The two are very similar when all is said and done, although The Raid certainly wins out on brutality. Both pretty good films tbh.
