Default [REC] 4: Apocalypse (2014)

Just seen this poster for next year's entry in the [REC] franchise, part 3 divided fans of the first two, I personally thought it was great, hopefully this will be too

Really looking forward to this one buddy. The first three were awesome and like you, I loved number three and now honestly think it's the best in the series. It's definitely the most re-watchable!

I wonder whether this'll be a comedy too? Hmmmm!

I've only seen it once, but I've been meaning to watch it again soon. I like the direction they went with it, probably one of the reasons why fans of the first two didn't like it, to me it would've ended up like the Paranormal Activity films if they hadn't changed the format

I'm pretty sure #4 continues the story of 1 & 2, whereas #3 is more of a 'spinoff'. Apparently it's set on an oil rig, where Angela has been quarantined. Loved the first two, haven't got to #3 yet - I'm not a fan of comedic elements in horror.

I'm a massive fan of the first two and enjoyed [REC]: Genesis much more on the second viewing than the first and have seen it quite a few times since.

This one has a good synopsis and should be really good but, as always, I'll watch it with an open mind.

They are all excellent films and, if you like zombie/infected movies, the first one is a must watch.
