Remakes are re tricky at the best of times but as the original is so visual, it would make sense to use some of its colour.
I'd film it in black and white.

You may think i was kidding. However i doubt anyone could compete with Argento's vision so yes, black and white.

I'd focus on the witchery, make it Gothic and scary, almost noir like with it's atmosphere.

I hope they focus more on the dancing and make it more like THE RED SHOES but stabby.

Genre fans are going to hate it no matter what and mainstream viewers will avoid it being unable to pronounce it when buying tickets.

Apparently it won't feature any strong colour schemes at all. When I heard that, I lost all interest in this project.

What are you on about?

"Can I have a ticket for 'Sue's Spire A' please"

A perfectly reasonable request

Dario Argento isn't impressed!

Dario Argento Says ‘Suspiria’ Remake ‘Betrayed the Spirit of the Original’ | Indiewire

“...it did not excite me, it betrayed the spirit of the original film: There is no fear, there is no music. The film has not satisfied me so much.”
