1 A longer shot of Kai getting urinated on.
2 A more detailed scene where Kai using the folding table to kill his boss/mistress's husband
3 The tongue cutting scene is much more detailed.

5 Kai stabbing his second boss in the eye with toothpicks is more detailed.
6 Kai slamming a door into his 2nd boss's head is longer.
7 Kai pulling the decapitated body away from the door (from the previous edit.)
8, 9 & 10 Kai forcing his 2nd boss's wife to give him oral sex, then sex (short shots)
11 "The eyeball scene".
12 Kai spitting out the eyeball with a shot of the wife rolling in pain
