The scene where Catriona MacColl is gasping for breath inside a sealed coffin in Fulci's classic
City of the Living Dead is a great example of claustrophobic terror.I like the segment 'Bargain in Death' in
The Vault of Horror (1973) too.Which features Michael Craig being buried alive on the understanding his mate will come and dig him up later on and they'll collect the insurance money. It's a great segment and really rather funny.
