Hi Stephen - this is what Shameless had to say about this...
"We have decided to remove the side frames to titles such as
Dellamorte Dellamore and
House with Laughing Windows to give more width to the image therefore creating more depth to the overall result. We felt both images and background needed to come out of the frame in such a way to display the front nearly more horizontally rather then vertically."
