Yup this is why I've asked everyone to keep an eye out if they find themselves in a Zavvi in the near future. A deal might get done but actually getting stock out and displays set up can be another matter (from experience with other retailers in the past) so please feed back what you see (or don't!) and we'll tell our sales company so they can chase up. In fact - just got an e-mail from them - they're on the case!
We're a small player trying to get into big retail machines and it's never going to be smooth but we'll get there in the end. Hopefully!
Obviously I'm not pleased that you've had a wasted trip so please watch this space for updates.

PS I notice the Shameless titles on the Zavvi website have gone to ?7.99 so something is slowly grinding into gear!
