I kinda know how you feel. When I was in halls i left some stuff over the summer cause I couldn't take it with me and the staff there (who I got on well with and trusted) promised me they would keep it safe. Some idiot cleaners who came over the summer chucked out some of my DVD collection including Arrow's Limited Edition DVD Boxset of the first Battle Royale amongst others. I was SO PISSED OFF for a bit about it.
I know you probably got a lot more stuff stolen so it might not be a good comparison but I understand how pissed off you must be.
