I'd go with
The Five Doctors personally. Once Omega is discovered and all the action centres around him, the battle of wits for instance it all becomes a bit tedious.
The Five Doctors does tries to cram too much in at once, just like you should at a huge party. You have fun watching but realize its all a bit much at the end. For my money Anthony Ainley's Master in this one is better than Omega as well.
