To be fair to Jesse, who I emailed, he's been extremely apologetic about the whole thing. I wasn't nasty or anything in my email, I commended them on the swift delivery and the price marking down to avoid customs charges, I merely explained about the damage, even saying I could live it and he offered to send a replacement, so I can't complain at all. I guess they really do give a shit about their customers, so I'm sure I'll order from them again
