I've just been informed, via Facebook, that there a a second sequel I didn't know existed!

There's actually 3 films that have been credited as sequels:
TV movie Demons 3:The Ogre
The Church
Black Demons

If you haven't seen the Church, then I'd highly recommend it, one of my favourites

Haven't seen the others though

Edit: I should also point out that various other films are credited as part of the series, The Sect, for example, is also known as Demons 4
