I just got around to comparing them. I thought the Second Sight disc was pretty good as well, but seeing them together shows I was wrong. The Scream Factory disc looks a lot better. It seems a tad darker, which is probably the way it's supposed to be. Grain looks better throughout compared to the older master on the SS disc too. It's defintely a step up.
