The artwork you posted doesn't enlarge but from that image it looks quite a decent artwork, especially for Shameless. I like the red a lot.
The flipover art is original which is good but i just don't find the image that striking. Maybe it's because it's b&w. A splash of red on the blade would have made a big difference.
