The cheapest pre-order for Twin Peaks at the moment is Zoom, it can be had for £31.50 if you use the SIGNUP10 code at the checkout. I'll keep my eye on Amazon but I can't imagine it being cheaper than that.
Also, Zoom tends to send pre-orders out on the Wednesday so it arrives earlier than Amazon Prime.
