Some Blu-rays come with the label "Mastered in 4K". You only need a common Blu-ray player to watch them, and they are regular 1080p Blu-ray discs.

4K Ultra HD means that it is a 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray disc with 2160p resolution. To watch them, you need a 4K Ultra HD player.

"Mastered in 4K" - source material 2160p, Blu-ray disc 1080p
"4K Ultra HD" - source material (at least) 2160p, 4K Ultra HD disc 2160p
