I haven't seen
Time After Time nor
Murder By Decree (although i have just ordered it thanks to your recommendation).
Hands of the Ripper and
A Study in Terror are both very good.
One of my favourites is
Edge of Sanity which blurs the lines between the Ripper and Jekyll and Hyde.
