Some do. Not the early sound stage stuff. I'm not keen on that.
I highly recommend
The Professionals (1966) with Lancaster, Ryan, Marvin, Cardinale and Palance. The fact they are on the run from the Mexican army gives it a feel of a spaghetti western.
