It's basically Bela playing Dracula again in all put name, hear he is Armand Tesla who is dispatched in 1888, 23 years later his coffin is unearthed by a German bomb and is brought back to life when some grave diggers remove the stake and bury the body, he soon sets about seeking revenge with the help of his werewolf lackey. I'm going to be in the minority by saying enjoyed this more than Dracula. 7.5/10
Vincent Price plays a mad scientist who builds super humans from body parts of people he kidnaps. We have a sub story of the police investigating killing of young woman by which is connected to the doctors experiments , another sub plot of a some unmentioned eastern Europe country . There is a small but important role for Christopher Lee and a even smaller role for Peter Cushing which is hardly more than a cameo. I really liked the character of the lead detective. 7.5/10
