They remain popular, their last two albums sold very well, in fact Black Ice was the second biggest selling album of the year behind Coldplay .
Now that Brian Johnson is back with them i don't see why they should stop performing. Although had it remained a band without a singer i would have agreed with you. | I'd had a few beers when I wrote that 
I love AC/DC, but I think with Malcolm and Cliff gone they just aren't the same anymore, I'm interested to see what happens if they do some shows with Brian Johnson though
