Despite some negative reviews (Empire 1 star WTF) I loved it and am off to see it again tomorrow. Not a perfect film by any means , but for sheer visceral monster thrills this will take some beating.
Some nice Easter eggs for G fans throughout the movie and a stunning Bear McCreary score with nods to the Mothra song and Godzilla theme.
My favourite blockbuster film of the year.
