There were a bunch of films that had dvd releases from DD Productions then Icon Films.
Quatermass I &
II were part of them,
X-The Unknown, Captain Kronos and
The Abominable Snowman as well as a couple of motor racing thrillers and some b&w sci-fi such as
The Stolen Face which also turned up on the
Mummy dual format release from Icon. So i'm guessing Icon still own the films in question.
