Devil Doll 1964.
A ventriloquist using mind control techniques to control his dummy to kill.
This was a bit of a slow burner but does have it's good creepy moments, Bryant Haliday plays The Great Vorelli a stage hypnotist and ventriloquist who uses his mind to control his dummy and plots to get his hands on a heiress fortune. It's very low budget and it's crafted very well with some added suspense when Vorelli and Hugo are on screen and the dummy is given commands. First time seeing this film in a while and would recommend it.
