Traded in a few bits at Cex so managed to get the first three Avengers films on 4K UHD for eleven quid (I already own Endgame in that format). Had a sneak peek and they are all substantial PQ upgrades.
The first film looks particularly impressive. It's by far the best looking 2K upscaled image that I have seen on a UHD. If I'd known it would look this good, I would have bought it earlier.
Looking forward to properly watching the three films. Hopefully with my wife rather than on my own on Sundays whilst she's at work - she wasn't very interested in my Cex purchase!
Also ordered an Italian 4K UHD of John Carpenter's The Fog. Should be here in a couple of days time. Even with postage, it was two quid cheaper than the UK release.
It also shares the same 4K master and folks who already own it have shown that it has fixed a couple of errors with the UK's hdr version of the film (it went a bit pear shaped when Father Malone handed over the gold cross).
My wife is more excited about The Fog than some Avengers films.
