A Seattle detective and a biologist go on the run from a assassin who has gone rogue.
This was a bit of a let down from the first movie, yeah it does show a bit of the background to the character and his test on the invisibility and seeking revenge and then the chase is on. Christian Slater stars as the assassin, there are some good scenes in it with the deaths but seems to drag on a lot to the point of boredom setting in.
