Larry Talbot finds himself in a asylum recovering from a operation, he seeks to end his curse and only Dr. Frankenstein has the cure who is now dead. When he finds the monster buried in ice, he chips away the creature is awake, when Larry transforms into the wolf the two will battle.
One of Lon Chaney Jr best performance as Larry Talbot who seems to carry the movie on him that never gets bored to watch. Bela Lugosi takes on the role as the monster, which seems a bit wooden as the studio interfered and edited a lot out of his character. It does have its dark gothic atmosphere and still seems to captivate an audience's attention with it's suspense.
