House of Frankenstein. 1944.
A evil scientist and his hunchback assistant escape from prison and encounter Frankenstein's monster, Wolf Man and a baron who is Dracula.
Sometimes combining monsters into a movie doesn't work well but strangely this does try to be good, Lon Chaney jr returns as Larry, set 20 years after the previous film Larry and the monster are incased in a iced tomb. Boris Karloff stars not as the monster but the mad scientist in a very dark portrayal with his assistant Daniel played well by J. Carrol Naish and John Carradine in his first role as Dracula. This may not be the best film in the universal world of movies but still enjoyable.
