The Yates and Benton figures do have different face sculpts. I think Yates is quite good to be honest.
As for the Daleks, i have no idea if they have the dish on the back. The ones you pictured are quite small dishes anyway so you may not be able to see them on the new images.
As for me, i don't care as i already have both those Daleks in sets already, same goes for the Dead Planet version but i would like that set as i've always liked the original Daleks.
The War Games TARDIS is nice with it's irregular police box signs, and i do like the sculpts of Sarah and Romana (2).
The best set in my opinion is the new series one. Good likenesses especially Ryan, who is more alive than his on screen persona ever seems to be. However on principle i won't be getting them.
