I've asked him about
Wind & Wuthering and he said it wasn't as 'weird' as some of the prog rock of the Peter Gabriel-era Genesis. It was also the first album of theirs he bought and played it to death. It's a personal thing as he doesn't think anything they did before or after was any better.
