Smallville: Season 7.

After the dam broke in the previous season, Lionel is presumed missing, but someone is keeping him prisoner for somebody else. Lex believes he was saved by a angel but turns out it was no angel but Kara, Kal-El's cousin. Lana has started a foundation to help those effected by the meteor showers bit may also have other agendas after returning from the grave. Lois is given a job at the Daily Planet across from her cousin Chloe as the new editor believes she has potential and a little rivalry is always good. Chloe believes a doctor can help cure the people who have been affected by meteor showers and thinks he can help her. Clark tries to teach Kara how to blend in but the Martian Hunter warns him not to trust her. A secret society formed to protect the traveler and a way to control him has Lex curious and goes to find the answers which leads him the Fortress which it is destroyed trapping Lex and Clark.

This was a exciting season only because Laura Vandervoort makes her mark as Kara, which starts off as a laugh with her training that we saw with Clark in the earlier seasons. Dean Cain makes a appearance as a doctor who can cure people but has other methods on his mind and Sam Jones III returns in a episode as Clark friend Pete who may be hiding his own secret. Michael Rosenbaum played the character Lex well even though in the films Lex wanted to destroy his enemy here he control and James Marsters returns as the computer Brainiac who seems more homicidal than ever .
