American Pie
A group of friends make a pact to lose their virginities at Prom before they leave High School.
The film which launched the Gross Out Teen Movie genre, this to me is an absolute classic, even though there are gross out moments they are very funny and considering how wrong filming a woman without her knowledge is, it is funny and Jim is on the receiving end of the gag.
What I like most about this is that it's a well acted film and you actually care about the main characters (And this is the same throughout the theatrical releases) The script is also very good and that is a crucial aspect for this series.
So many iconic scenes like:
The opening scene where Jim is caught by his parents while watching a Porno
Stiffler with the Pale Ale
The Internet Scene
The awkward talks that Jim's Dad (Played brilliantly by Eugene Levy) and Jim have that turn cringe worthy embarrassing.
Michelle (Alison Hannigan) suddenly turns from Band Camp Geek to Nympho (That one time at Band Camp)
The Pie scene (Who actually thinks of that)
A very funny which is also sweet and full of heart, The 4 Theatrical Films make this my favorite film series.
This is one film that I would loved to have seen in a packed out Cinema screen.
